I Declare War’s debut full-length album is heavy, and we’re not just talking about the riffs here. Seattle’s I Declare War pulverizes their listeners by melding back-breaking blastbeats with hefty vocals and riffs. Despite their current outlook on today’s society, the band is still able to find their silver lining. While opening for fellow death metal band Whitechapel, the two bands began a lasting relationship–Whitechapel guitarist Alex Wade became their manager, and now here they are with their Artery Recordings debut.
